Exchange and Return Policy

  • If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may return or exchange it within (7) days from the date you received it. All products must be returned to us in the same original condition, with an invoice attached. Shipping and delivery fees will be deducted, and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
  • If the order is canceled after it has been received by the shipping company, the delivery fees will be deducted before the amount is refunded.
  • After one week from the date of receipt of the product, the customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product.

Return or exchange policy for offers:

  • There are no returns on discounted products or offers. You can exchange the product for the same value within 7 days of receiving it.

Beauty Trendy reserves the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:

  • If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, the contact information is incorrect, or the customer cannot be reached.
  • If the customer does not show up or is late receiving the order for more than 7 business days.
